# Revisions

While your work is **In Review**, the client can approve it or request a revision.

## When a revision is requested

The job moves to **Revision Requested**, with the client's reason and comments. The turnaround clock runs again while you work on it.

Make the changes, then click **Submit Revision**. A revision needs the same things as a first delivery (see [Delivering work](/help/provider-guide/delivering-work.md)), except you can keep the viewer link or plan image already on the job. Earlier plan images are always kept.

## Revisions after approval

On some cases, the client shares your approved plan with the clinician treating the patient. If the clinician asks for changes, the revision reaches you through the client, in the same way.

## Your revision terms

Each service in your **Catalogue** shows clients:

* how many revisions are included,
* your revision turnaround,
* whether you offer paid extra revisions,
* and the scope of what a revision covers.

Keep these clear and accurate. They set the client's expectations before they hire you.
