# Keeping communication on CaseBench

All communication with clients stays on CaseBench. It keeps a complete record of each job, which protects you if there's ever a disagreement, and it keeps your payment protected.

## What messages can't include

These are blocked, and the message won't send:

* email addresses, including disguised ones like "name \[at] domain"
* WhatsApp and Telegram links

## What gets a warning

These show a warning, but you can still send them:

* phone numbers
* website links
* social media handles

Case numbers, job numbers, invoice numbers, tracking numbers, dates, prices and tooth numbers don't trigger a warning. Links to casebench.io are always fine.
