# Direct hire and open requests

Once you're approved, treatment planners, designers and manufacturers are listed on the Marketplace with the services in your **Catalogue**. Work reaches you in two ways.

## 1. Direct hire

1. A client sends you a hire request from your profile.
2. You accept it on the **Clients** tab of the Marketplace.
3. You now show as **Hired** for that client, and they can assign jobs to you directly.

Either side can end a hire relationship later.

## 2. Open requests

Clients can post a job for any provider to respond to. Browse these on the **Job Posts** tab, respond to the ones you want, and the client chooses who to assign.

## Getting found

* Keep your services complete: what you deliver, your turnaround, included revisions and the file formats you accept.
* Make sure payouts are set up. Clients can't assign you work until they are. See [Setting up payouts](/help/provider-guide/setting-up-payouts.md).
