# Delivering work

When your work is ready, click **Submit for Review** on the job. Every delivery needs three things:

1. **Something the client can review:** a viewer link, a plan image (PNG or JPG), or both.
2. **Delivery notes:** what you did and anything the client should know.
3. **At least one deliverable file.**

Production files are optional at this stage. For design, planning and CAD jobs they're requested later, once treatment is confirmed. See [Production files](/help/provider-guide/production-files.md).

## After you deliver

The job moves to **In Review** and it's the client's turn. They either approve your work or request a revision. See [Revisions](/help/provider-guide/revisions.md).

On some cases, the client also shares the plan with the clinician treating the patient before treatment is confirmed. Your delivery notes travel with the plan, so write them for both readers.
