# Applying and getting approved

Every provider is reviewed by the CaseBench team before taking on work. That review is what keeps CaseBench a certified marketplace for the clinics, labs and DSOs who hire through it.

Watch the video guide to complete your provider profile.

## How to apply

1. Sign up and choose that you provide services. Choose **both** if your organization also orders work.
2. Choose your service type: case-based services (digital design and planning, manufacturing only, or design and manufacturing), consulting, training, or AI services.
3. Work through the onboarding steps: your profile, your organization, the services you offer and your credentials.
4. Review and accept the agreements, then submit your application.

## Your setup checklist

Until your setup is finished, your dashboard shows a **Get listed** checklist with four steps:

1. **Complete your profile:** experience, certifications and portfolio.
2. **Create your first service:** what you offer, your price and your turnaround.
3. **Set up payouts:** connect your bank account so you can get paid. See [Setting up payouts](/help/provider-guide/setting-up-payouts.md).
4. **Get approved:** our team reviews your profile, then clients can hire you.

## Review outcomes

We email you when your application has been reviewed. There are three possible outcomes:

* **Approved:** you can accept jobs, see open job requests and publish your services.
* **Changes requested:** the email explains what to update. Your application stays in place while you make the changes.
* **Not approved:** the email explains why.

In either of the last two cases, update your profile and resubmit your application. It goes back into the review queue.

While you wait, see [What you can do before approval](/help/provider-guide/what-you-can-do-before-approval.md).
