# Requesting revisions

When a provider delivers, the job moves to **In Review**. This is your chance to check the work and ask for changes.

## Request a revision

1. Open the job and review the delivered plan, files and delivery notes.
2. Click **Request Revision**.
3. Give a reason and explain what needs to change. Attach reference files if they help.

The provider makes the changes and resubmits, and the job comes back to **In Review**.

## Before you approve

You can only request a revision while the job is **In Review**. Once you approve, you can't send it back. If you need more changes after approving, create a new job.

On a case an invited clinician submitted, the clinician can still request changes after you've shared the plan with them. Their feedback comes to you first, and you decide what goes to the provider.

## How many revisions are included

Each provider's service shows how many revisions are included and their revision turnaround. Check it before you assign the job.
