# Inviting clinicians to submit cases

You can invite the clinicians you work with to submit cases to your organization and review treatment plans for their patients. You stay in charge of everything else: choosing providers, payment and manufacturing.

## Send an invitation

1. Click **Invited Clinicians** in the left sidebar.
2. Click **Invite a clinician** and enter their name and email address. The name doesn't need to be exact; they can update it when they sign up.
3. Send the invite. They get an email with a link to create their account.

You can also click **Copy invite link** and send the link yourself, for example from your own email.

**Invitations expire after 7 days**, so follow up with your clinician to make sure they accept in time.

## Manage invitations

* To resend an invitation, select the clinician and click **Resend invitation**.
* To cancel one that hasn't been accepted, click the three dots beside it and select **Revoke invitation**.

Once a clinician finishes signing up, they can submit cases under your account.

## What clinicians can and can't see

| They can | They can't |
| -------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------- |
| Submit cases and upload files | See who completed the work |
| Track the status of their own cases | See prices, payments or billing |
| Review and approve treatment plans you share | Create jobs or choose providers |
| Message you about their cases | See other users' cases |

Keep it that way in your own messages: don't name the provider or share pricing in messages to a clinician.

## How their cases work

* A case a clinician submits appears in your **Cases** list. Cases they're still drafting stay hidden until they submit.
* You assign the work as usual. See [Creating a case and adding jobs](/help/client-guide/creating-a-case-and-adding-jobs.md).
* To message the clinician, use the messages on the **case**. Messages on a **job** go to the provider. See [Creating a case and adding jobs](/help/client-guide/creating-a-case-and-adding-jobs.md).
* When work is delivered, **Approve Work** becomes **Submit to Invited Clinician**, which shares the plan with them. See [Approve, confirm treatment and complete](/help/client-guide/approve-confirm-treatment-and-complete.md).
* If a provider asks a question, you can answer it yourself or forward it to the clinician. See [Answering a provider's question](/help/client-guide/answering-a-providers-question.md).

Clinicians can't submit cases until your organization has a payment method on file.
