# Automatic completion

If you don't click **Mark as Complete**, CaseBench completes the job for you and releases payment to the provider.

| Design, treatment planning and CAD design | 5 working days after the provider marks production files ready                             |
| Other digital jobs                        | 5 working days after you approve                                                           |

Working days are Monday to Friday. Public holidays aren't excluded.

You'll get a reminder 2 working days before a job completes automatically. If something isn't right, request a revision or raise an issue before then.

Design, treatment planning and CAD design jobs don't complete until production files are ready, so confirm treatment as soon as your patient decides.
